Acceptance of terms

By using Vexling, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Vexling provides free website and mobile experiences for solving puzzles. The website also offers features for creating and sharing puzzles. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Mobile app

The Vexling mobile app can be used without an account. It downloads curated puzzles and stores progress and preferences locally on your device. If you choose to sign in, account progress is synced across signed-in devices. A network connection is required to download puzzle content that has not already been saved. Local progress can be erased from Settings and may be lost if the app is removed or device data is cleared.

User accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining its security. You must not share your account or use another person's account without permission. You can permanently delete your account from the mobile app's Settings.

User content

When you create and publish puzzles on Vexling, you retain ownership of your content. By publishing, you grant Vexling a license to display and distribute your puzzles within the platform.

You must not publish content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

Fair use

Do not use automated tools to scrape, overload, or interfere with the service. Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures.

Disclaimer

Vexling is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Vexling after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
