The service

Vexling provides a free platform for creating, sharing, and solving puzzles. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account or use another person's account without permission.

User content

When you create and publish puzzles on Vexling, you retain ownership of your content. By publishing, you grant Vexling a license to display and distribute your puzzles within the platform.

You must not publish content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

Fair use

Do not use automated tools to scrape, overload, or interfere with the service. Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures.

Disclaimer

Vexling is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Vexling after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
